Printing on textiles
The choice of how the image will be applied depends on the complexity of the specific project, the volume of the order, and the materials selected for its implementation.
If you are planning a large print run with simple designs and factory quality, it is best to choose screen printing with water-based or etching inks.
If you want, for example, an image on sportswear or souvenirs made of synthetic materials - sublimation printing may be an ideal option.
If you are planning to order one or more T-shirts as a gift for an event, you can use DTG (Direct to Garment) printing.
For small runs, DTF (Direct to Film) printing is also gaining increasing demand . The quality of this print resembles screen printing with plastisol inks.

Features
different types of printing

Screen printing
(silkscreen printing, silkscreen)
price by agreement
Factory quality printing.
Most often - direct printing on textiles. An indispensable method for large volumes of knitted products for everyday use
- Print on most materials, including dark fabrics
- Direct printing with environmentally friendly water-based inks and etching systems
- Printing on most materials, especially dark fabrics. Possibility of using inks with additional effects (metallic, light-accumulating, reflective, fluorescent, craquelure, flock effect, etc.)
- Low price for factory quality with high print runs. The larger the print run, the lower the cost of applying the image per unit of product
- Limited multi-color printing and rasterization capabilities
- Labor-intensive process of preparing for printing. Making a separate stencil for each color
- A large number of factors that can affect the cost of an order

Sublimation
(disperse printing)
A type of printing for small batches, on light synthetic fabrics (polyamide, polyester, acetate). Most often used for printing sportswear, swimwear, flags, etc.
- Possibility of printing from one unit, the cost of one product is almost independent of the circulation
- Printing with environmentally friendly water-soluble inks
- The drawings are completely resistant to washing, the ink, thanks to a special technology, completely penetrates the fabric fibers
- Almost standard file preparation for transferring multi-color graphics
- The ability to implement projects quickly enough, especially for small-scale production
- Applying the image only on light synthetic materials
- No additional effects created

DTG
(direct digital printing)
A type of printing on a special T-shirt printer. Best results on light cotton. Least resistant to washing among other types of printing (hand washing only recommended)
- Possibility of printing from 1 unit, the cost of one product almost does not depend on the circulation
- Prints on most materials, but best on light fabrics
- The printer uses environmentally friendly water-soluble inks during printing.
- Print in CMYK mode without the need to convert the image to vector or raster
- Less brightness and wash resistance compared to other types of printing
- No additional effects
- For a better visual effect, it is necessary to prepare the material for printing using a special primer and an ironing press.
- Special requirements for temperature and humidity, as well as printer load

DTF
(modern thermal transfer)
A modern type of indirect printing on various fabrics, best on cotton and polyester. An alternative to DTG printing due to greater possibilities in the choice of materials and better visual characteristics of the print
- Possibility of printing from 1 unit, the cost of one product almost does not depend on the circulation
- Print on most materials, both light and colored
- The printing process uses environmentally friendly water-soluble inks
- Mirror printing in CMYK mode without the need to convert the image to vector or raster
- Easier to implement than screen printing. Relatively low transfer temperature
- No effects. Transferring the pattern from the film using glue and a hot press.
- Difficulties in printing thin elements.
- Complex and expensive equipment and materials.
